When Do They Expire?

As long as a Best Western REwards (GCCI) member has one stay in a Best Western Hotel within a 12 month period none of the points will expire. However if they do not stay for over a year, then all of the points will expire regardless of when these points are earned. It is important to therefore check your points and see if you have any to use up before the end of the year .
